In this group healing session, we will begin with an intention setting to help attract the energy we want to manifest followed by a short breathwork exercise.  From this point forward, the session will be customized according to the needs of the group.  This ranges from journaling, moving meditation, positive affirmations, kundalini yoga, breathwork, reiki, use of oracle decks and/or group activities. 

Prices and length of each group healing session will be determined per group.  There’s a maximum of 10 people and minimum of 5 people per group healing session.  If you’re interested in booking a group healing session for 10 or less people, please contact me at miauwling@miauwlingoei.com
