This class is for you if you have taken the Convergence Breathwork Method introductory class, enjoyed it and desire to delve a little deeper into breathwork and the soothing medicine of stillness.  The feeling of having all the time in the world can be one of the best feeling to gift yourself for the day.  In this class, we will be practicing the extended version of the Convergence Breathwork Method followed by a selected meditation for the day and finish off with a gratitude journaling exercise.  To best experience this class, please prepare the following:

* Dress comfortably

* Sit on a chair or yoga mat that does not slip and slide

* Bottle of water

* Notebook/paper and pen
