Gratitudes Series (90 mins) $25

In this 90 mins Gratitude Series, we will spend time exploring different rhythms of breathing as well as use our limbs to support the way we invite air into our bodies.  In an era where the norm has become to do things at lighting speed, the idea of attending a 90 mins class can be rather painful.  Like seriously, what on earth will we be doing for all of 90 mins? Our brain isn't able to logically make sense of this.  Meanwhile, we continue to tolerate the feeling of anxiety even though it's uncomfortable to stay in this feeling. 

This class introduces a pace of breathing and movement from your body that brings you back to the present moment.  For some of you, it might feel painfully slow if lighting speed is your usual pace.  It is in this present moment, when connection with each other in the class will be introduced.  In my experience, I find when we're grounded and present, we're able to see, hear and recognize one another.  It's the least that we could offer from one human to another.  It is also in this present moment when fogginess can disappear, clarity can set in and you'll be able to receive inspirations during the journaling portion.

Gratitude Express (60 mins) $22

This 60 mins Gratitude Express, offered every Tues, Wed and Thurs mornings at 8-9am is designed to set and anchor your day each morning before all the craziness that can arise from a typical day.   Similar to the gratitude series, you will introduce a pace of breathing and movement from your body that will ground and help you to stay present.  Each one of you has the option to select a card from my oracle deck collection to help guide you for the day.  We will not be doing any sharing with one another.  This class is meant for you to go inward and pull out yummy goodness from your soul.

Restorative Yoga (60 mins) $22

This 60 mins Restorative Yoga class offered every Friday & Sunday evenings at 8-9pm is designed to help you release any stresses that you've carried during the day to prepare you for bedtime.  We will be using props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, pillows, blankets, and an eye mask to help you get into these supportive yoga positions.  If you don't have all of these props, don't worry, we will improvise.  Dress in PJs if you so desire.  To further embellish the experience, brew a cup of herbal tea such as chamomile (caffeine-free), apply any soothing essential oil (if you use them) anywhere on your body or place several drops into your diffuser and place it in the room.  Now you're ready for sweet dreams.

 

I Am Wild Thing (60 mins) $25

This 60 mins sensuous dance class offered every Monday and Friday mornings at 8-9am is designed to help her listen to her body.  Come dress comfortably.  This movement class is your permission slip to explore all delicious curves on your body through touch using your hands and allow her body especially her hip to shake and stir as she pleases.  We will use props such as pillows, faux fur throw blankets and your favorite “hot date” fragrance to scent your body.  These props are optional however it can enhance your experience.  You will leave class feeling sassy and ready to tackle any obstacles that comes your way.
